  • Provided architectural vision and leadership to successfully meet product requirements and develop a stable, scalable service base for an anesthesia safety product suite. Built from the ground floor a US technology operation to implement, maintain, and service the product across multiple geographically disparate sites.
  • Led efforts to analyze an internationally focused software product for gaps in functionality specific to the United States healthcare arena. Documented current and required functionality and successfully drove FDA Regulatory (510K) approval through to acceptance.
  • Managed CRM implementation and integrated application support policies to utilize technology efficiently. Managed the specification and development of an operations centralization portal for use of executive management, customer support, and integration teams; allowing for real-time tracking of customer transactions, automated case resolution processes for issues, and real-time asset reporting.
  • Assumed responsibilities for performance engineering methodology design and implementation; identified and resolved bottlenecks in a multi-component, multi-format document exchange, increasing throughput over 800 percent.
  • Managed the specification and development of an innovative, polymorphic shell replacement for the Windows OS desktop in order to provide faster access to patient data, which changed dynamically for each care provider relative to their physical location within the hospital.
